About 10 days ago we received an email from Hope Adopt saying that they are shutting their doors due to financial reasons. Actually, by the time I read the email, there was already no one in their office anymore.
Where does this leave us? Devastated. Hurt. Feeling hopeless and helpless. Broken. And confused.
We felt so led to go through Hope Adopt again... we really beleived we would receive another child through this agency. And now, a door closed. Slammed actually. At least that's how we feel.
Where does this leave us? Asking questions. Where do we go from here? Do we even have the emotional strength to go on? Do we have direction? Do we have finances?
Where does this leave us? On our knees... begging God for answers, for strength, for direction. For comfort.
